Koli Zeka brings more than two decades of Washington hospitality to Old Ebbitt Grill, where his career began in 2002. After honing his craft at some of the city's most respected establishments, including Clyde’s Restaurant Group's Clyde's of Gallery Place, Richard Sandoval's Zengo, and Daniel Boulud's DBGB, Koli went on to build his leadership credentials as Director of Restaurants at the Mandarin Oriental and Director of Food & Beverage at the Dupont Circle Hotel. Koli returned to Old Ebbitt in 2024, drawn back by the same qualities that first brought him in: a commitment to delicious, well-crafted food, a team that delivers it with genuine care, and a dining room woven into the fabric of Washington, DC for generations. Outside the restaurant, he's an avid cyclist, a devoted Capitals fan, a home cook, and a lifelong student of geography, history, and the cultures that make this city one of the world's great dining destinations.
