Terms and Conditions
The rooftop terrace overlooking the Washington Monument, White House and the National Mall can be made available as the location for a cocktail reception, weather permitting, with a $1000 rental charge and an additional minimum food and beverage charge of $2000 (plus gratuity and tax). Rooftop availability is for 6pm or later Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Tax and Service Charges
A 20% service charge will be added to all food and beverage charges. District of Columbia tax of 10% will be added to food and beverage, all fees and rentals and to service charge.
We offer valet parking after 6:00 Monday through Saturday, and all day starting at 8:30 a.m. on Sundays. Valet currently costs $10 per car. Parking services at other times can be arranged for an additional fee.
Cutting and Corkage Fees
Outside food and beverages are not permitted with the exception of limited dessert items and wine. A cutting fee of $3 per guest for dessert and $15 per bottle for wine will be applied.
An estimated guest count must be given when reserving the space. The final guaranteed guest count must be given 2 business days prior to the event. This number is not subject to reduction.
Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policies
An initial $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space ($1000 for events using the entire Atrium). Payment is due at the end of the event; billing is not available. All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than one week in advance are subject to 50% of the estimated total. Cancellations less than two business days in advance are subject to a charge equal to entire estimate, or $30 per guest, whichever is greater.
